The Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) is legislation that is designed to strengthen and improve our nation’s public workforce system and help get Americans, including youth and those with significant barriers to employment, into high-quality jobs and careers and help employers hire and retain skilled workers. Learn4Life Schools partner with more than 40 WIOA Service Providers throughout the state to deliver these services directly to our students!

Our WIOA partnerships allow us to serve students up to 24 years old, and all Learn4Life students have access to WIOA services from orientation to graduation. Through learning experiences and workforce-related programming, Learn4Life students will graduate prepared for post-secondary education and gain invaluable skills increasing employability. Students can take advantage of WIOA services including workforce development activities, professional skills trainings, guest speakers, workshops, volunteer opportunities, internships, and other services based on each student’s needs.
